Our “Kohala Coast” kiawe honey or KCK as we refer to it, comes from several of our small bee yards along the Kohala Coast. It is primarily composed of kiawe with other nuances of tropical island nectars. These might include palm, naupaka and citrus as well as others. With our KCK we celebrate the diversity of plant and tree life on our western Big Island shores, while preserving the unusually light and delicate flavor known only to kiawe honey.
