Shipping

United States Shipping

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use their Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box. The packing & shipping cost is $20 per box. (Each box can hold up to 6 of our 11.4 oz jars.)

Holiday Free Shipping

None at this time.

Shipping to Multiple US Addresses

If you are interested in ordering honey for friends and family, please place a separate order for each address you would like us to ship to. Shipping costs will be the same as above.

Shipping outside of the United States

Product Returns

We take a lot of pride in the honeys we sell, and as a customer we hope that you are delighted with your purchase from us. However if for some reason you are not, and would like to return a product for replacement or a refund, please follow the instructions below:

Wrap the product sufficiently to keep it from breaking in transit back to us. Place your original receipt for the product in the box along with the reason it’s being returned, and tell us whether you would like it replaced, or if you would like a refund.
